Mahjong-O-Matic is not interested in any personal information regarding to website visitors and as such will not store any information that relates to the identity or location of individuals. CHALLANGES

In line with the philosophy of our services, we need to record the answers to the presented "challenges". The results are statistically analysed to improve and extend the functionality of the website. Some of the statistics might be used to illustrate the different levels of difficulty, and may be used as material for educational purposes.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

When browsing our website, you do so anonymously. For the purpose of quality, statistics, research and development we need to log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer). All recorded information is not linkable to any personal or identifying information. Recorded information is never passed to third-parties.

COOKIES

To optimise the diversity of "challenges" and to remember configuration settings, the system needs to store data. This data is located on the server and is accessed by a "ticket" which is 26 characters long. The server will encode such a ticket in the URL. If a web browser is configured to accept cookies, then the ticket is not encoded in the URL but stored in a browser cookie. It is not required to accept cookies for this website to operate properly.

E-MAIL ADDRESS

The guestbook and feedback form give visitors the opportunity to enter their e-mail address. This address is never required, made public or passed to other parties. It is only used by us to contact the visitor for a personalised response.
